(specializing in IP training) 1994Appointed Vice Chairman of JPAA (Japan Patent Attorneys Association)
Awarded Ojuhosho (Medal with Yellow Ribbon for industriousness)

With over several decades of experience in IP litigation and disputes, Mr. Noboru Fujimoto is considered one the best patent attorneys in Japan and stands foremost among design rights experts in Japan. He also is regularly invited by various organizations (including JIPA [Japan Intellectual Property Association]), corporations and universities to give lectures about IP. His major publications include “Chinese Laws and Regulations Regarding Design” (published by JIPII), etc.

Mr. Shuichi Fujimoto regularly gives lectures at Oita University Graduate School, Doshisha University, etc. about intellectual property, and is an Executive Director of NIPA and an auditor of FPIS (Federation of Patent Information Suppliers).
